Service // 03 — Tech Support

Tech problems, handled.

The stuff that breaks at the worst time — email down, site hacked, hosting a mess — fixed by someone who explains it in plain English.

What I fix

If it plugs in or lives on the internet, I can probably help.

01Website rescue

Site down, hacked, broken after an update, or just embarrassing. Diagnosis first, fix second — and I'll tell you if it's not worth saving.

02Email & domains

Business email not working, domain expiring, DNS records a mystery. The unglamorous plumbing of the internet, sorted out.

03Hosting cleanup

Paying for hosting you don't understand, locked out of accounts, or getting upsold things you don't need. I'll untangle it.

04Honest advice

Someone quoted you $5,000 for a website? A "marketing agency" wants your passwords? Run it by me first — second opinions are free.

Pricing

Small problems, small prices. Big problems, honest quotes.

My rule: if I can't fix it, you don't pay for the attempt. And if the honest answer is "you don't need me," that's what you'll hear.

Common questions

Do you do on-site visits?

No — I'm fully remote. Most tech problems are solved faster over a screen share anyway, and it keeps my prices down.

Is it safe to give you access?

We agree on exactly what I need in writing first, and I work in accounts you own and can revoke. No shared passwords floating around.

What about computer repair?

I focus on websites, email, hosting, and online services — not hardware. If your laptop is smoking, call a local shop; I'll happily recommend what to ask them.

Describe your problem

What's broken? I'll tell you honestly whether I can fix it and what it'll cost.
